What my past families say about me
“Heather, thank you so much for your beautiful service. We can’t believe you turned our snippets of information into a script that encompassed so much of our life. The way you delivered the service was second to none, a true celebration, which was just what we wanted!”
Oh Heather, how do I begin to thank you for the most amazing service. You did our family proud. Thank you so, so much. We were all blown away.
"Heather was the celebrant for my father’s funeral in March 2023. From the moment we asked for her, we were thoroughly pleased with how she dealt with it. She met all the close family and allowed them all to have a valuable input. She dealt with us all with lots of empathy, created the eulogy and updated right up to the day of the funeral, as we kept thinking of extra words to be included. We couldn’t thank her enough and would recommend"
"Heather did a wonderful job with my dad's funeral. Dad was an unusual character and Heather delivered a service that more than did him credit. She was a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend her enough."
"Heather led my dad's funeral in September 2023, I feel very lucky to have met her, she gave me the confidence to have a service that suited us and most of all my dad.
We had the standard non attended crematorium and had a separate "celebration of Bry" at my dad's local pub and opposite where he grew up.
The whole afternoon felt like we celebrated him. Children and adults in the family were comfortable there. We had a personal and well written speech by Heather and lots of items of my dad's/photos out. I feel this option gave us chance to talk about him and say goodbye in a way that meant more to us than paying an extortionate amount to have 30 minutes in a crematorium where we would have felt morbid/less at home and I probably wouldn't have taken children.
I met with Heather in the weeks after my dad passed and told her anecdotes and all about my dad, her speech was fabulous, we smiled remembering him, just how he would have preferred.
Several people have said since that they want to have a funeral like my dad's when it's their time, how personal and nice an afternoon it was. I can't recommend Heather enough, I was so glad we were introduced to her services"
